A: We do require a deposit equal to first months rent in order to move in. For example the rent at Arcadia Apartments is $595 per month so we would require a deposit of $595 which would be completely refundable at the end of your lease minus carpet cleaning charges.
However, we do offer a second option. We offer a 50% off deposit which is non-refundable at the end of your lease. For example rent at Mercer Park Apartments is $650 so we would only require a $325 deposit would not be refundable at the end of your lease.
A: It is our companies policy to perform a criminal background check, a credit check, and a financial check on each applicant. Our credit check insures that you have not had any prior evictions and also have a consistently positive credit history. We also perform a criminal background check to ensure that there are no felonies on your record. Our last set of criteria consists of a financial check. We check to make sure that you and your co-applicants are making 3 times the amount of rent per month before taxes are taken out. We verify employment with your current supervisor and also require proof of employment with a pay check stub. We also do a landlord reference check. A: Yes. We allow pets of all breeds and sizes to come live with us. We do require a $300 deposit to be put down before you move in. This deposit is completely refundable at the end of your lease. There are no month-to-month fees. We require to have proof that your animal is up to date with their shots and each animal must have their rabies shot.
Q: Are there washer and dryer hook-ups in the apartment? A:No. We do not have washer/dryers in any of our apartments. We do however have washer/dryer hook-ups at all of our units at Goose Creek, and a select number of units at Highland Hills Apartments. All of our other Apartment communities do have coin operated laundry room facilities on-sight.

Our leasing agents will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding any 7 of our properties. Because we can only hold an apartment for 30 days, typically we ask that you make an appointment to view apartments about 1-2 months before your projected move-in date.

Q: What are your lease terms?
A: A: We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases. Our short term leases (6 and 9 months) require a 10% increase on top of market rent.
