Application ProceduresIf you are interested in applying for a particular apartment please click on the link below and fill out all information on application.
Each Applicant must submit a $35 non-refundable money order or cashiers check for credit check.
If you would like to hold a particular apartment please bring in application along with a $50 money order or any other certified funds. Apartments can be held for up to 30 days.
Please also bring in most recent pay stubs and employment verification letter filled out by employer. (Verification sheet attached in application)
